I myself have personally worked with Ronald. We both worked for another AC company and I got to work with him doing numerous jobs. I know that Ronald always speaks to people with respect and always treats people fair. I never heard him once be anything but honest and helpful when the customer needed/wanted to know more about their home system and how could it be better. He never once falsely tried to do any work to the system to where he would make more money from the job, or charge the homeowner for more than what was needed to repair, or get their system up and going again. Very good guy to work with, and very good guy to have do your repairs.
